My work involves bringing together aerial silk suspension fitness, Pilates and the ancient Yoga benefits together. Where alignment, stretching and decompressing are emphasis of body movement. This emphases leads our own body’s ability for renewal. Taking a creative, integrated approach delivered in incremental stages in progressions into each teaching session. The opportunity to teach is a step up to share with those whom seek to learn more about their bodies while developing themselves to become more fit and better for it.

Well developed programs which include Pilates fundamentals for its long term benefits in strengthening by using principles of working the large and smaller body muscles in isolation and in full body integration. Ballet movements that add structure, alongside, timeless proven Yoga concepts in its style of strengthening the joints and its invigorating body movements which lead to increased flexible body strength. Merging the best of these three timeless, world fitness disciplines brings about a well based, and complete fitness program leading to achievable goals, with tangible results.
