It is with zeal an a whimsical curiosity my endeavor to be and live within an environment of movement. The opportunity to teach is a step up to share with those whom seek to learn more about their bodies while developing themselves to become more fit and better for it. Movement allows one to to do everything better whatever their goals are.

The knowledge and experience garnered as a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor has opened windows of understanding for me. The importance of body corrective work which enhances functional body biomechanics. Hence what Pilates is- a functional way of movement which helps our bodies wherever in life it is and provides the stepping stone to maintain a body which moves with much greater ease.

My work involves bringing together aerial silk suspension fitness, Pilates and the ancient Yoga benefits together. Where alignment, stretching and decompressing are emphasis of body movement. This emphases leads our own body’s ability for renewal. Taking a creative, integrated approach delivered in incremental stages in progressions into each teaching session.
